For enrollment of beneficiaries, taluka kiosks and civic center kiosks have been set up at Taluka and City Civic Center Kiosks, where beneficiaries can enroll themselves, split their cards, add / remove family members. Private hospitals, government hospitals and standalone dialysis centers are the same for availing benefits under the scheme. Payments against approved claims are released directly by the state government through RTGS.

To encourage quality services, additional 10% to hospitals accredited by the International Society for Quality in Healthcare (ISQua) by NABH / JCI (Joint Commission International) / ACHS (Australia) or by any other accrediting body. More Features Plan:

(1) It is a 100% state funded scheme where the funds go directly to the service providers.

(2) It was decided to offer its services under 'MA' to both private and public / trust / grant-in-aid hospitals, not to compete healthy and to replace public institutions.

(3) Package rates selected under 'MA' are obtained from the market through competitive bidding process through e-tendering. Different from other states that went to the scheme with the recommendation of members of the advisory committee.
